records. In this Terms of Use disclosure, the words “Logix”, “we”, “us”
and “our” each mean Logix Federal Credit Union. The words “Logix Rewards
Program” and “Logix Rewards” each mean the Logix rewards points program where
you earn rewards points when using your Logix Platinum Rewards Credit Card
for net new retail purchases and/or when using your enrolled Logix Debit Card
for net new signature (not PIN) purchase transactions, and redeem earned
points for merchandise, travel, gift cards, and cash. “Logix Rewards Card”
means the Logix Platinum Rewards Credit Card and enrolled Logix Debit Card. The
words “cardholder”, “you”, “your” and “yours” mean each and all of those who
apply for, enroll, acknowledge, accept, or use this Web Site in connection
with the Logix Rewards Program to track Rewards Points earnings and redeem Rewards
Points. “Web Site” means this Logix Rewards Web Site. For compete information

the Program Rules link.
WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW
This Logix Rewards Web Site is designed to provide you with complete
information on the Logix Rewards Program, including detailed information on
your earned and redeemed Rewards Points, access to the complete Rewards
Catalog, and the ability to redeem your Rewards Points from a selection of
Merchandise, Travel Arrangements, Gift Cards, Cash Back, and Special Offers including
Point Gifting to other Logix Rewards participants and Charity Gift Giving
(“Reward”).

of Use (“Terms”) carefully before continuing with your use of this Logix
Rewards Web Site (“Web Site”). These Terms govern the use of the Logix
Rewards Web Site and apply to all Internet traffic visiting the Web Site. By
accessing or using this Web Site, you agree to these Terms. The Terms are
meant to protect all of our Web Site visitors and your use of this Web Site
signifies your agreement with these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE
TERMS, DO NOT USE THIS WEB SITE. Logix reserves the right, in its sole

Cardholder registration data and certain other information about you
necessary for you to participate in the Logix Rewards Program and utilize
this Web Site is subject to Logix Federal Credit Union’s Privacy Policy. Linked
third-party web sites accessible via this Web Site do not fall under the
Logix Privacy Policy. Each third-party web site Provider has their own
separate privacy policy and you should review their privacy policies before
proceeding.

may not be affiliated with this Web Site and/or Logix, and that may have
terms of use that differ from, or contain terms in addition to, the Terms

OPERATION, TRADEMARKS, COPYRIGHTS AND RESTRICTIONS
This Logix Rewards Web Site is controlled and operated by Logix Federal
Credit Union in conjunction with select third party content providers,
merchants, sponsors and licensors (collectively "Providers"). All
content on this Web Site, including, but not limited to text, images,
illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, is protected by copyrights,
trademarks, service marks, and/or other intellectual property rights (which
are governed by U.S. and worldwide copyright laws and treaty provisions,
privacy and publicity laws, and communication regulations and statutes), and
are owned and controlled by Logix and the Providers that have licensed their
content or the right to market their products and/or services to Logix.
Content on this Web Site or any web site owned, operated, licensed or
controlled by the Providers is solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

responsible to you for the quality or performance of the Rewards or the
products or merchandise purchased or obtained with the Rewards. You may
be subject to additional terms and conditions, warranties or other
requirements of the merchant, manufacturer, or other Rewards provider. Neither
we nor THE providers make any guarantee, warranty or representation of any
kind, express or implied, with respect to the Rewards, including but not
limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose. We and THE providers are not liable for any injury, damage or
loss to person or property or any expense, accident or inconvenience that may
arise from the use of the points, or the use of the Rewards or products or
merchandise purchased or obtained with the Rewards, or otherwise in
connection with the logix rewards Program. Further, for any travel
Rewards, we assume no liability or responsibility for delays caused by
accidents, breakdown or other conditions beyond control. WE AND the PROVIDERS
WILL Not BE responsible for ANY loss or damage to property. Further, we
and the providers are not responsible for merchants, manufacturers or other
providers that discontinue or cancel a Reward due to bankruptcy or for any
other reason. Neither we nor our service providers make any representation or
endorsement of any Reward, merchant, or other provider of a Reward in
connection with the logix rewards Program.
INDEMNIFICATION
You hereby agree to indemnify, release and hold
Logix, the Providers, and all parties associated with the Logix Rewards
Program, harmless from any claim, liability or damage relating to the Logix
Rewards Program, our use of the Web Site, or any Reward requested or received.
Any Reward offered under this Program is void where prohibited by law.
Notwithstanding anything in these terms and conditions to the contrary, Logix,
the Providers, and any of their service providers shall have no liability to
you in connection with the Logix Rewards Program.
JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING
LAW
This Web Site is controlled and operated by Logix Federal Credit Union; orchestrated
from the Logix home office within California, United States of America. Logix
makes no representation that content in this Web Site is appropriate or
available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access this Web
Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible
for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are
applicable. You may not use the Web Site to make or conduct any transaction, arrangement,
reservation, purchase, or otherwise, or to export any funds, information, or
merchandise in violation of U.S. export laws, regulations, or sanctions.
These Terms shall be
governed, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of
California, notwithstanding any conflict-of-laws doctrine of any state or
other jurisdiction to the contrary. Any action you, any third party, or Logix
brings to enforce these Terms, or in connection with any matter related to
this Web Site, shall be brought only in a California State or California Federal
court situated in Los Angeles County and you expressly consent to the
jurisdiction of said courts. If any provision of these Terms shall be
unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be
deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and
enforceability of any remaining provisions.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The provisions, terms, and conditions
of this Terms of Use, the Logix Rewards Program Disclosure Program Rules, and the Frequently
Asked Questions (FAQs), represent the entire Logix Rewards Program agreement
between you, Logix Federal Credit Union and the Providers, and supersede any
prior agreements or understandings not incorporated herein. In the event that
any inconsistencies exist between these Terms and any future published Terms
of Use or understanding, the last published Terms of Use shall prevail.
ANY RIGHTS NOT EXPRESSLY
GRANTED HEREIN ARE RESERVED BY LOGIX FEDERAL CREDIT UNION.
